Handwash your Slinky Sleeves in cold water and press with a warm or steam iron. Cover delicate fabrics with a clean cloth first.

Delivery and Costs

Delivery is AUD 5.00 including GST.

Within Australia: Items will be sent by Australia Post and delivered within 7 days of purchase, based on normal delivery schedules. Please provide your daytime delivery address and for packages someone will be required to sign. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

International: Items will be sent by Australia Post and delivered within 7 -14 working days of purchase to USA, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific based on normal delivery schedules. Please provide your daytime delivery address and for packages someone will be required to sign. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Returns

Slinky Sleeves are a ‘one size fits all’ product (except where different sizes are indicated) and have been depicted as accurately as possible on the shopping page. Returns will be accepted for faulty sleeves, but not for colour or size.

If you cancel your order within seven days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.

When you entrust your email or other particulars to us, we won’t lend them, lease them, sell them or give them (in part or in full) to any third party.

Slinky Sleeves does not collect information from you other than that which you voluntarily and knowingly provide.
